Quantity Surveying

At Catling we are trying to take a different approach to the industry, We recognise that there are many pitfalls, trials and obstacles aswell as triumphs surrounding the creation of something so essential, and potentially beautiful as the buildings in which we all live, work and play.

We have gained experience within many sectors of the industry which is forever changing but has some basic principles at its heart. Our approach has been to strip back to basics and to create procedures and templates to as much as possible cover all of the repetitive items which can then make life easier and your business more efficient.

We can assist in all aspects of the industry from feasibility studies through to completion and maintenance programmes. We will tailor our service to suit your needs but are able to include all aspects of quantity surveying and estimating.

Employers Agent

Once appointed as Employers agents we will act on your behalf to ensure you receive the expected service from all of the relevant companies involved within the project. We can act as contract administrators and therefore control variations and costs as well as report to yourself and any funding bodies which require such.

Taking the time to review information and question reasoning behind decesions is not something we shy away from and actively encourage total project visibility with good communication between all parties.
